Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. With less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show, the session is forfeited and charged in full. Late arrivals end at the originally scheduled time. Single sessions expire 30 days after purchase. Multi-session expiration begins on the first scheduled session: virtual and in-person 3-session packages expire in 90 days, virtual 6-session packages expire in 6 months, and in-person 5-session packages expire in 5 months.
